Payment Policy

• Your registration should be followed-up with a deposit to Al-Ameen which will confirm your space for Hajj
• The Initial payment amount is Rs 30,000 per person.

• What happens after payment?

• After payment is received, we will send you a welcome package by email that includes your invoice, tentative itinerary, visa application, as well as all required documentation and additional information required from you.

• When is the next payment due?

• Due within 7 days of booking: Initial deposit of Rs. 300,000

Canclelletion Policy

• Pre-paid packages, high-season packages, and customized packages are non-refundable. For all travel and tour packages, including Hajj and Umrah, all cancellation requests must be received by Al-Ameen in writing. You acknowledge and understand that Al-Ameen incurs significant expenses and losses if a traveler cancels a booking. You expressly understand that the following cancellation fees will apply and be strictly adhered to by Al-Ameen:
• Cancellation before April 20, 2017: Rs. 20000.00 per person cancellation fee
• Cancellation made between April 20, 2017 and May 19, 2017: Rs. 60000.00 per person cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made on or after May 20, 2017: no-refund will be provided on any reservation.
• In addition to the above-noted cancellation fees, airfare purchases are nonrefundable and any such amounts shall not be reimbursed to any traveler canceling a booking.
